By checking the acceptance box during event registration, you acknowledge that you have read this Waiver in its entirety and agree to be bound by its terms.
This Waiver is between ThoughtSpot, Inc. and the Participant in connection with R.I.S.E Global Impact Week, June 8–12, 2026.
1. Voluntary Participation
Participation is entirely voluntary. Participant may decline or withdraw at any time without penalty.
2. Assumption of Risk & Release
Participant assumes all risks and releases ThoughtSpot, Inc. from claims arising out of participation in the Program.
3. Media Release
Participant grants ThoughtSpot the right to use their image and likeness captured during the Program for corporate communications and marketing.
