This Volunteer Release and Waiver of Liability (this “Waiver”) is entered into by and between ThoughtSpot, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“ThoughtSpot” or the “Company”), and the individual accepting this Waiver (“Participant” or “Volunteer”) in connection with the Company's inaugural R.I.S.E Global Impact Week volunteer program scheduled to take place June 8–12, 2026 (the “Program”).
1. Voluntary Participation
Participant acknowledges and agrees that participation in the Program and any related volunteer activities is entirely voluntary.
2. Assumption of Risk
Participant expressly assumes all risks, known and unknown, arising out of or related to participation in the Program.
3. Release and Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Participant hereby releases ThoughtSpot, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims arising out of participation in the Program.
4. Media Release
Participant grants ThoughtSpot the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to photograph, film, and otherwise capture Participant's image and likeness during the Program for corporate communications and marketing purposes.
